All dogs can require physiotherapy from your average pet, cross breed, show dog, racing greyhound, agility and flyball dogs and working dogs such as police and gun dogs.

- Pain
- Difficultly getting up from sitting
- Stiffness especially in the mornings
- Behavioral changes becoming more defensive / aggressive
- Not wanting to exercise or play as much
- Difficulty jumping up
- Not wanting to be groomed or touched
